Beer of the Week 4: 1554 Enlightened Black Ale New Belgium (Willie Nelson Chipotle Bruno Mars )

Here is our special Beer of the Week Grammy Edition.
Dan is too distracted to write this, so I'm [NOAH*] taking over! Yeah that's correct people, beer of the week is so hypnotizing, futuristic tastings. Anyways Katy Perry is singing that creepy song that I always wished said "kick me k-k-kick me" oh well. This evening's beers comes from the Fat Tire brewery and was part of a wonderful Spring Seasonal sampler pack. Not going to lie I'm not the biggest fan of regular Fat Tire, but I have high "hops" for this bronson. Let's dive into this "firework of dancing flame", Grammy Style!

Appearance:
Dan: DARK MATLZ
Noah: Black like the night
Ben**: Quite dark

Nose:
Dan: Smells like nothing, once again.
Noah: Weak coffee, maybe with a little dirt.
Ben: It smells like what I imagined beer to smell like.

Taste:
Dan: Toffee and coffee!
Noah: Slight chocolate taste with a tinge of copper.
Ben: Strong malt with a coffee finish.

Overall:
Dan: I'm a fan of this. Its dark in COLOr, but not the over whelming gross taste I generally get from dark beers.
Noah: Overall, really enjoyable. My high "hops" were met!
Ben: I actually wanted a third sip!

Krunkability:   5.6%/$8.00 =.7 krunkability! Wow that is good.
